Unlock Hydration: Three Refreshing Water Recipes to Boost Daily Intake

Are you one of these people who struggles to get in your daily recommended water intake? I am! I try to tell myself how important water is, how I would lose weight, feel better, and look younger if only I would drink more water. One problem, I hate the taste (or no taste) of water. Luckily, I have found that these 3 recipes help me drink the water I need each day and flush a little fat in the process!

#1 Cranberry

Ingredients:
1 ounce 100% pure unsweetened cranberry juice
7 ounces water

Directions: Mix water and unsweetened cranberry juice in a large glass. To save time during the day, mix a whole batch (64 ounces) in the morning — add 1 cup (8 oz) cranberry juice to a half-gallon container and fill the rest with water. If you can’t do the unsweetened cranberry juice, try the Lite version it only has 5 calories per serving.

#2 Grapefruit

Ingredients:
2 Liters (64 oz.) Purified or Spring Water
1 Tangerine, sectioned
1/2 Grapefruit, sliced
1 Cucumber, sliced
4 Peppermint or Spearmint Leaves
Ice (made from purified water) optional

Directions: Mix in a pitcher before bed, let it sit in the refrigerator overnight,ht and drink throughout the entire next day. You can replace the mint leaves with a few drops of spearmint or peppermint extract. Be very careful how much you use, it is quite potent.

#3 Cinnamon

Ingredients:
2 grapefruits
1 lemon
8 mint leaves
8 basil leaves
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 liter water

Directions: Squeeze 2 grapefruits and half a lemon and mix this with the chopped mint and basil. Let it stay for 30 minutes. Then add the water, and cinnamon and slice the other half of the lemon. Stir well and keep it in the fridge before consuming it. Drink this during the evening period and ensure the last glass you consume 1 hour before going to bed to get the best results. Drink this for 7 days in a row. If necessary repeat for 5-7 days more after making a 2 days break. The results are incredible. The thing you should be aware of is that it is not allowed to eat or drink anything else during the evening period.
